Not as tourists. As people coming home.
October 11–17, 2026
Homecoming is Real Afro Unity's flagship cultural journey, and the clearest expression of our Reconnect path.
A journey that starts relationships.
Our mission is to connect the African diaspora with one another and with communities across Africa. Homecoming puts that into practice: a small group travels together, meets people in Lagos, and returns with relationships that can grow into learning, collaboration, and opportunity.
It is also where many people first get to know Real Afro Unity, and where the ideas behind our other programs are tested and shaped.
Who it's for
Adults in the diaspora who feel a pull to reconnect with Africa and want a curated, intentional experience rather than a standard tour.
What to expect
A week in Lagos with art, music, food, heritage sites, and time with local people and fellow travelers, supported by our team on the ground.
Next step
Request details on rauhomecoming.com. A member of our team will follow up to talk through the itinerary, pricing, and what's included.
